Forge is a binary red star in the Wike Grikele region. It has one major planet and 13,902 minor bodies.

This system is so named because of the massive gravitic forces exerted by the interaction of the two stars. Objects from the surrounding nebula are continually sucked into the vortex between them and spat out, either reshaped or torn apart. This constant process resembles a blasting furnace or, more allegorically, showers of sparks from an anvil at work.

Travel within the core of the system is dangerous, but a small industry exists in the business of capturing materials revealed or smelted by the grinding gravitic tides.

In the Quiet Era, this system falls under the jurisdiction of the Caydlaw.
